Well..
A very well made flash in terms of art, animation, and style. Even the voice actors were believable. However, the flash itself is just too short, and i am not even sure i understand the events that unfolded.
That said, you need to get back to animating! I love your stuff, and it's been a while since you've animated anything!
You've got potential.
The art and animation aren't very well done, but that's to be expect for such an early project. This showed a lot of potential, keep trying and eventually you will get real good at it. Keep it up!
Not for me, anymore.
Animation has gotten too boring and random, wish you would get back to your roots. Visuals and stuff are still fine, but it's just more of the same. It's literally getting hard to tell the animations apart anymore.

I appreciate what you were trying to do, but it was (kind of) poorly executed. The art was okay, but the animation was really simple and ugly to seein motion. On top of that, the voice actor for MC is really bad at delivering comedic lines. That being said, most of the humor fell really flat.
If you evermake another, spend a bit more time on it. This felt kind of rushed like you felt you had a good thing that somebody was going to beat you to.

The comedy just wasn't there, but i dug the animation and art, etc. Hopefully next time you will just have somebody with a bit better sense of humor write the script?
Also, get some voice actors. Pretty apparent that only one dude was doing all of the voices.
great! but...
This was great in terms of story/animation, but there was something that bothered me..the villain.
Naruto is not a good anime, and even if you disagree, that type of villain just didn't fit at all. I literally almost closed the window just because the villain did the same hand gestures as you would see in the naruto anime.
It's just a shame that you took so much creativity with all of these characters and their situations, and then you ruined it by introducing a completely unoriginal/boring villain that is obviously out of place.
TL;DR it was amazing but stick more to the comic roots and don't try to change it into some "marvel vs naruto" flash.

don't know that waterman deserves a movie.
I am really split in how i want this project to go, because waterman used to be a great NG animated series that i truly enjoyed. However, the people who enjoyed that series are starting to grow up, and that kind of comedy just isn't good enough anymore.
The Positive
- The animation itself was amazing, and is in fact feature length theater quality.
- You got a famous person to do voice work, awesome. (well...sort of)
The Negative
- You got one of the worst voices you could find to play a role in your film. Sure, he is famous and is pretty funny when he tries, but his voice work in this is less than flattering.
- Waterman fans have moved on, we don't really feel nostalgia for it, either.
overall you should just consider doing something new.

it's a very neat effect, and it looks super realistic. there is just no point to posting it here on newgrounds. newgrounds is for games and movie, this is neither.
